Owner Venkatesh Seenivasan is a graduate in Hotel Management & Catering Technology, worked for Carnival Cruise Lines in Miami for three years and another three years for Indian restaurant in Detroit, MI. Several Detroit newspapers wrote articles about Venkat's award-winning creations.
